     of its survey run, it is not added to the new gold library.
     Consequently, when WABC airs the Top 77 of 1978 at the end
     of the year, the song is placed on the list using only the
     limited chart run. If the song hadn't been banned by WABC
     in August, September and most of October, it would've been
     a Top 20 song of the year.
