SPECIAL NOTE: With this survey (dated 8 January 1979 on the
printed, store-distributed list), WABC abandons its long tradition
of printing the survey on an 8 1/2 by 3 1/2 sheet of paper, in
  effect since 23 April 1963, for a larger format at 8 1/2 by 5 1/2
(gaining an extra two inches in width). This format will be in
effect until 21 April 1981, when WABC reverts back to the
  traditional dimensions.

In the Bush isn't on the printed list and isn't aired from
  5AM to 6PM.
