The Good Guys Songs

One of the most fun things about WMCA were "The Good Guys Songs". There were quite a few of them. They were written by program director Ruth Meyer and sung by The Good Guys themselves. Almost all of them were pretty corny, but that's what made them so much fun.

There were some that were used all the time and others that were hardly used at all. But, you can tell, the guys were having a great time recording them and that was the trademark of the station.

Here are as many of the songs as we could find. Special appreciation goes to Wayne Sandifer who found most of these!

This is the most famous Good Guys song and the one that most of us remember. It gives the names of each of The Good Guys and when they were on the air. It was played frequently and was clearly the most popular of all.
